★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Servpro after I had a leak in my bathroom, which also flooded my basement. They responded quickly and arrived within an hour of me calling. The project manager Mathieu and the Servpro staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Insurance claims are never fun but they made it as pleasant as it can be. 10/10. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I put one advice after my experience with them, it would be « RUN as far as possible from them. I am 49 years old and I never seen a company so disorganized as this in my life. I had water damage in my garage. I called them and told them to take care of everything, that I was insured. It was winter, 2 inches of water froze on the floor, garage was full of stuff. They came, put a heater for 3 days, a dehumidifier for one day and disappeared for 6 months. I called them over and over and they sent people on 4 different occasions to assess the damages. Then nothing, I phoned my insurance, they said that they gave a go and the problem was on Servpro’s side. I phoned them on many occasions and their excuses were from change of staff to lost the file to not returning the calls and more. After 9 months, I pulled the plugs on those unprofessional people. Avoid them absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a mould issue and the day I called John came out a.s.a.p which was nice after a different company didn't bother to show up. John was very nice and knowledgeable. We thought the quote was too high for the amount of work they were going to do and it would be left open for the other work.. husband and I weren't comfortable with an open wall and open ended quote so we didn't use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced water damage in our Church Rectory. Servpro was recommended by our Insurance Company. We went with them. We were very pleased with the work they performed for us. So much so that we made some upgrades and had them do additional work in our basement Church Hall. Their work was professional and accomplished at a reasonable pace.
John Brousseau, the Area Supervisor, was always available by Email or Phone to answer our questions and clear up any issues. We would absolutely recommend John Brousseau and His crew and Servpro! Great Crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't be more impressed with the service from this company. I am a commercial landlord and SERVPRO handled the cleanup in my industrial building within 24 hrs. I had the most responsive and professional service from everyone I came in contact with from the person answering the phone, to the project manager, to the staff doing the work on site. My project manager even put me in touch with another contractor to handle additional hazardous cleanup on my site. As a property manager, I will have SERVPRO in my Rolodex of companies that I know I can count on. Thank you again for taking a major headache off my hands and getting the job done quickly and professionally.

I was in a bind on having to clean up a neglected home with where a lot of smoking took place. They were able to help me the day after I called!
They efficiently steam cleaned the carpets, cleaned and ran the Hydroxyl machine run in the most affected area which helped immensely.
I would highly recommend this team and company!!
