★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service ever. If I could I would rate this service lower then 1 star. Driver never read the instructions plainly in sight showing how to contact us. All 3 times never followed the instructions. Then getting the walk around from customer service stating that it will be open and ready to be picked up on Saturday. Next when asked to speak to a supervisor I get the excuse that the line is busy and will contact me within a time frame. Sorry I'm a busy person wife does not drive and I am always on the road. The WORST service ever. Never using FedEx again and spreading the poor service they do. Smarten up.
