"Tried' to deliver my package three times, but all of them I was at home, and no attempt to contact me was made. I live in an apartment, and I am sure one of the "attempts" the manager of the building was there. You can see her from the door. Now they will not do any other attempt, because they "tried" three times and I have to pick it up myself. Did the delivery person want me to stay by the entrance the whole day waiting for them? Worst delivery service I ever had.

Easily the worst shipping company. Drivers falsely mark packages as delivered and they never show up. Customers service representatives are worse than useless in providing information and locating lost packages. The sender could have tied my package to a stray dog and there is a better chance it would have ended up delivered.

Package was supposed to be delivered Friday but they didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Went straight to 'Pending Pickup'. Called them several times and everytime they told me they'll have it shipped Monday but the packages stayed at the warehouse. Was eventually able to speak to their manager who told me that I'm lucky that they even know where my package was since they lose packages often during the xmas season and I should just pick it up from their warehouse so they don't lose it. Wow. This is why I have a note when I buy online that my packages not be sent by Fedex. Wasn't able to do it for this package since they had a free delivery offer. I didn't have to pay the $100 shipping fee but Fedex got paid nonetheless but they still fail to deliver as I expected.

Honestly the worst service by these people. The lady at the reception was so unwillingly to help, told me she couldn’t locate my package without a door tag (which the driver never left). Drove down to the FedEx express centre and everyone there is always so amazing. The guy helped search the package and figured out it was in the FedEx ground system. He called this centre and helped me locate it. I then drove back here and was able to finally pick up my package. When you have the system to help your customers, why give them a hard time. The lady was clearly able to look up my package using my info on my driver’s license but choose to be difficult instead. Seriously the worst. Avoid this place and go to FedEx Express down the road, they are absolutely amazing!!

The package was unfortunately unable to be dropped off due to circumstances on my end. While traveling to the depot is out of the way actually picking up the package was quite simple requiring the tracking number and a piece of government issued ID. Being open until 8pm on weekdays is also appreciated.

Worse service ever. Made me drive for 24 kms to pick up my package. I asked customer service if I can pick it up to my usual Fedex pickup center which is just 5 minutes drive away from my place, and they said I have to pay additional $15 for them to drop it there. Unbelievable!!!

I never leave reviews but this is absolutely the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I will preface this with I’ve been at home this entire time. Friday on truck for delivery, nobody comes, says customer not available, no door tag left. Repeat Saturday, repeat Sunday, home all these days not a soul appears. Contact customer service say somebody will contact me Monday. Monday tracking updated with delivery exception need more information. Contact customer service with what info, says they contacted management and told me to be patient for a response. Another day passes nobody calls me. Customer service rep says I don’t know go pick it up and gives me this address. Why would I be told to drive across the city to pick up something that was never even attempted to be delivered? So who knows where my package is, nobody is helping me. Please avoid if you are ordering anything important.

Terrible delivery experience. I received a call saying my package is supposed to be delivered the next day. I waited all week. No door tags no phone calls. I received a phone call almost a week later to tell me the driver tried delivering three times and no one was home... Really?? I eventually sent my husband to pick it up (25 minute drive). This has happened before with Fedex and it seems to only happen with them :(
