★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment today. The receptionists (all 3 of them ), are NOT friendly & polite at all. They dont care and very rude to us. They’ve approached and questioned us as if they are the bosses of this facility. We felt bad for that. All the time that we spent inside all we heard was their loud chit-chats and laughs(not professional at all). Hope something will change the way they approach people and be more professional. The nurses that helped us get the immunization are so nice and professional unlike the people working in the front, very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Rude Rude 3 receptionist they only need time for gossips and laughing. They don't even care how new mom feels and ofcourse postpartum is not easy and during this pandemic also one parent is allowed. I can't even mention how bad I feel when I asked her to book an appointment for my baby and she yelled at me for no reason she has different hair colour than other 2 ladies .And I want to say thanks to all the nurses they are really nice and very helpful.I would like to say ladies please behave and learn how to talk .very very unprofessional 3 ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who loves going for vaccine updates ?! No one right! Well ladies and gentleman the front staff and the lovely nurse Jad who we had the pleasure of seeing this evening were AMAZING! They were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Jad kept my overwhelming gift of gab when I get nervous going and just made the experience a pleasant one. In the words of Lisa Simpson “Stick me chuckles”. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Millwoods Health Centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Millwoods Immunization Clinic today and everyone was so nice!!! The gentleman who works in reception was so welcoming and nice to us. He was very friendly and polite. Our nurse was awesome! She was so calm and patient. She was so nice and cheerful towards my little one which made me so happy! Front end receptionist was very nice as well on our way out. Thank you so much for giving both of us a nice experience!

This whole front receptionist has to be removed very unprofessional and rude to everyone. Has to be taken serios every time I visit get disappointed, only nurses are so polite, front receptionist is just sooooooo bad will give Zero rate if I have option ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Jody at the front is so kind and welcoming . Nurse Jad is excellent and made me feel extremely comfortable during the immunization process . Also nurses Heidi and Gaby are very friendly . What a great team! Thanks ladies
