★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse here was quite nice, but this place is such a rip off. Our family is going to Mexico, and came here for vaccination consulting, and was quoted over $1800 worth of vaccines. I thought the price was a bit high and decided to check other places before coming back, but still was charged office visit fees of $260 for 5 people, including three of them (2 kids and their grandma, who doesn’t speak English) who were waiting in the lobby the whole time!
Now the actual vaccines, price here is way higher than any pharmacy for vaccines in the same brand! Twinrix at $110 is 50% more than the place I went afterwards($75). Also the whole time they were trying to sell me vaccines that are not really required.
In summary, if you want a quick appointment and don’t mind paying hundreds of dollars, this place is not bad. But if you want free information and reasonable price, get travel vaccinations at a pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nurse was very kind and knowledgeable. The office was clean and located in a convenient location. Lost a star because it would be helpful if they had better signage in the building as it is a small office in the Tawa Centre. Their booking system is also very poor. When I called it went to a call centre in Chicago. The agent did not really know what she was doing. It took me 30 mins talking with her to book two appointments for a TB skin test. If they could train their agents better or make their online bookings more user friendly I would give 5 stars.
