Horribly unprofessional, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them 2 years in a row and haven't had any problem , they brought it early as well so the kids had fun while we finished setting up for the party, last year it was cheaper for a bigger rental than this year, but the price change probly just has to do with the economy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had them come to my house and set up a bouncy house march 20th, 2021 and they were amazing. very professional and chatty owner. its great to have people like this these days. taking pride in their business and that's amazing to see. I will be back next year if weather is nice again.
I received my deposit back by 10pm that day and everything was returned cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 10 stars!!! This company is amazing. I booked two bouncy castles for my sons birthday party for 1-5pm, they came and set them up at noon which was AWESOME! Plus I gave them the wrong # by accident but instead of leaving they went ahead inside the community hall and set up the bouncers for me which was such a life saver I was so stressed setting up and running around before the party. Literally such an awesome group of people, the kids had so much fun on the bouncers and it really made the party great. Do not hesitate to book with Big Bounce Theory, you will not regret it!! (Got my deposit back the next day!!)

The Big Bounce Theory arrived before the scheduled time which was a pleasant surprise! They set up and took down the bouncy castle quick!! No hidden fees or extra costs! I definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the Paw Patrol Combo unit for a kid’s birthday party and they enjoyed playing with it for hours! It was very clean, and just the perfect size for the small space our backyard can accommodate.
