Due to the growing global concerns with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we understand the increased level of concern around protecting our health and the health of our families and communities. We believe it is our role and responsibility to prioritize the health, safety and well-being of our customers and employees.

The possibility of contracting the virus in our area remains low. We will continue to monitor developments and updates. Our location does not register as “large gathering” venues, which significantly decreases the chances of spreading the virus. Following the recommendation of every major public health agency, including the Public Health Agency of Canada, to encourage all customers and staff to regularly wash their hands using water and soap, which is available.

We are taking workplace cleanliness and sanitation very seriously, and we want to assure you that we are taking all the necessary steps to protect our customers and employees.

1. Using industry-leading cleaning solutions effective against COVID-19
2. Highly increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing common contact areas such as all the puzzles and couches in the lobby, lockers, door handles, every puzzle/item/box in our escape rooms, washrooms, and more
3. Handwashing procedures are posted in both bathrooms
4. How to cover your cough signs are posted around the entire location and on the door in every escape room
5. The lobby will be stocked with hand sanitizer and tissues for customer use
6. We urge customers to wash their hands regularly and to avoid touching their face
7. Employees not feeling well will be instructed to stay home
8. Employees will limit physical contact example; high fives, handshakes, etc

If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule your adventure, if necessary, speak to your healthcare professional if you have symptoms that include fever, cough and difficulty breathing.

The health and safety of our customers, owners and staff is the most important thing for us. We know that accurate information from reputable sources plays a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of everyone. One of our key focuses right now is ensuring that our sanitization procedures are as thorough as possible and that we are providing our staff and customers with best practices in hand washing and respiratory hygiene.

Should new recommendations be shared by public health experts, we will reevaluate and update our procedures where needed.
