★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time. Great experience! I noticed my tire was really low. I called first thing in the morning and brought my SUV in immediately. Turns out I had 2 nails in the tire! Within 40 minutes I was in, out and on my way to work. Friendly staff, nice building. I will definitely be back for other mechanical needs as required. I have already recommended friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car here to purchase winter tires and get them put on. After leaving with my new tires my car was making a horrible clunking noise and was very hard to drive. I went back immediately and had them look at it again. After inspection they told me they had “accidentally” torqued them too tight. I went back today to have my summer tires put on, only for them to tell me there is a giant tear in my tire (that has been sitting in storage all winter), which was not reported to me last time I was there. I am suspicious that this was due to their carelessness while changing them over as driving with the summer tires was fine before I took the tires to them. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front service staff was awesome, he was very helpful, however my pre-purchase car inspection was disappointing. Over-quoted for all the work, and some things were completely missed in the inspection. My engine bay had a loud whistle coming from it that I learned meant it has a leak/crack in a vacuum seal, but this wasn’t mentioned in the inspection despite being very audible whenever you turn the car on, or drive it in any way. They also didn’t mention my calipers were binded up. Thankfully my local mechanic was able to loosen them up when replacing the breaks or I would have had to replace those too. Overall, over quoted for recommended work (I was able to save $350 just buying the parts myself) and lots of things missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve come to this location a couple of times now, and they have been fantastic! I called for winter tire swap and they had openings the following day which is unheard of it seems. I used to take my Ford and Toyota to the dealerships but it’s always a pain, booking weeks out, driving across the city. Forget it, I’m going back to Tirecraft. They even changed my oil.
