★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don’t go here not good techs. I Live out of town needed my van tires balanced guy at the front was ok. But took it back on the hwy and still shaking in steering wheel. Had to take it to a dodge dealer they balanced it and it was over 3 ounces out of balance. I paid $90 at this mr lube for nothing.

- A rude or incompetent customer support agent
- Long time on hold (wasted 20minutes of my life waiting for a ghost to answer the phone)
- Request to repeat the same story again (all I wanted was a simple oil change)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other reviews says it all. One have to wait a long period before you can see a staff attending to you. Also enquiries on phone takes time and sometimes one have to cut-off the line.
This is the 3rd store around the Wal-Mart on Parsons road and they all seems to have the same attitude to customers. Improvement on their customer service is key in this store #MyOpinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike is an amazing man. Reason I go to this location. That black manager is horrible. She yelled at all the staff and then myself for having to replace all tires, a decision which was made a week prior by another manager. Then she blamed me for needing the tires replaced using the warrenty.
The wait time to get the process started is long. Mike makes it worth it with his cheerful personality. Remember this is the busiest Wal-Mart in all of Edmonton.
