★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in asked for a digital copy visa picture. She asked me if I had a usb. I said yes. She said $27 for digital and 2 pictures. I said okay.
Continued to take the pictures told her the size of the picture for the digital. She cut out the 2 physical copies. Then I paid, and handed her the USB. She tells me she can't put in USBs. And I would have to go on their website and download it after 48 hours.
Did I just get ripped off?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older gentleman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Only giving this photo center a 4 star review because the quick print option quality could be improved. I had to switch printers since one of them had all sorts of funny lines printed on my picture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low quality picture, with zero customer service. They have a very small , old fashion "studio" and no knowledge about photography. Don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not bad. They helped me and made sure the photos met requirements. But I felt so bad for this mum who came there with two kids and because the kids were not following instructions promptly the photographer refused to take pictures. While I understood her frustration I don’t think she dealt with it in a professional way. As a part of their profession they need to learn how to manage these sort of situations and kids who might not follow their instructions. This mum had to leave without photos taken.
