We always have very good experience with this store. Staff is really helpful. Most reasonable than other vision centers in the city !

The ladies who work here are not the nicest when proposed with an issue. Feb 16th. Just got my prescription updated and only had a week before my vacation to get them. Needed somewhere affordable. I called ahead inquiring about the cost of contacts. Was told the cost and that they were in stock, I said I would see them soon. Nowhere in the conversation was I told an appointment was required. Never have I made an appointment prior at any Walmart Vision Centre to my recollection. I went to get contacts that same day and out of the 3 staff there, the only one who was nice was a young man who was unable to help me. He definitely wanted to be able to. The women were short with me and condescending. They both treated me as if I was an idiot and "should have booked an appointment" (obviously completely unaware that I needed to). I offered to come the next day or the Monday on family day. Due to their hours and availability of staff "qualified" to meet with me for contacts over the week to come, I only had that day to get them. They would not help me knowing I left the next Saturday, had no contacts and really needed them. The 2 of them had an hour and a half until close, no customers in the store and still would not accommodate me given the situation. Maybe if they had been pleasant and at least pretend to be sympathetic I wouldn't care as much. Unfortunately it's their attitude that has set me off. This is not the first time I dealt with these condescending women. What is funny is all that was required to avoid this whole experience was one question from the women on the phone during the phone call earlier in the day... "Would like to book an appointment?". Rest assured, they will never see a dime from me again. Send them to a customer service course and teach them how to be personable. Your standards as a company are low for your Vision Centre staff.

So paid $675.00 for 2 pairs of progressives. From the beginning, if I bent over they would fall off. Also the lenses were transitions that were always dark, even in my house. I brought them back many times for stripped screws. They charged me every time between $4-20. Never again.

I purchased TWO sets of glasses and want to leave a note for all as I've had glasses all my life, have gotten glasses from many companies. I have never had this happen when getting my orders. NOTE THIS FACT - IF THE LAB MESSES UP MAKING YOUR ITEMS THEY WILL NOT FINISH or PROTIZE YOUR PRODUCT SO THAT YOU GET IT!! - THEY MOVE ON TO ANOTHER ORDER AND YOU ARE LEFT HANGING. Even through they are the one that messed up, you put in an order in first, and you need to pay in full before you can even place the order! I call that INADEQUEATE and POOR customer service. Make sure you pay up front by credit card so you can dispute the payment. IF THE LAB MESSES UP YOU WILL BE DOWNGRADED IN THE QUEUE AND WILL BE WAITING A WHILE TO GET YOUR ITEM!! Make sure you DON'T ORDER TWO SETS - extreme waste of time and money. REMEMBER it doesn't matter when you placed the order, IF THEY MESS UP IT BECOMES YOUR PROBLEM. They will get to it when they feel like it!
