★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for trim she too at least 4 inches off and cut front short she never listened to what I wanted would never go back and it looks like I cut my hair I could of done better . And then when I tried her she gave me 10percent off. I look like a child cut my hair she should of not charged me don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter at the Parsons Road location for a haircut yesterday. My daughter is 10 years old. They charged me for an adult haircut citing that a kids haircut does not include a wash. I know that there is a kids haircut with wash because I use another location ALL THE TIME! Anyway, I paid the adult price and the lady cutting my daughters hair did a terrible job. She did not take out the knots and tangles properly before cutting. As she cut, it was apparent her work was not tidy. When she finished, I wanted her to show me a finished style ( because all i saw was hair poofing up all over her head and no apparent style as I had asked) which is usually included in the package I bought. She refused citing there is an extra charge (I know this is not true as I pay this amount and get excellent service at the Watt Common location). At the salon, I was unable to tell just how bad the cut was but after she had washed her hair at home and I combed it down, I noticed the uneven cut. Absolutely pathetic service! They only look professional, the work they do is another story!
