S	Shiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful, I went here about a week ago, as the lady at the place I usually go to was away on vacation. The staff were rude and rushed us and also were asking inappropriate questions about what kind of job I work and if I get benefits and other money related questions. The store itself was also very dirty and not very hygenic. They also just used their equipment on the next person right after using it on someone else without even cleaning it after, it was very uncomfortable and concerning. The girl who helped me here absolutely butchered my nails, I went for acrylic fake nails, and she over filed one hand and then didn't file the other hands nails very thin at all. One of my nails was so crooked it pointed the completely wrong way when she was done. She cut me twice with the nail file and didn't even stop to deal with the bleeding and continued to do my nails while I was still bleeding!!! I wasn't too happy, but figured I'd make do. Well, give it only about a week and my nails start hurting, and feeling weird. So I go into a reputable nail salon that I know does a good job, and they had to remove my acrylic nails because my nails were infected and damaged and falling off from the horrible job that they did at Pearl Nails!!! So now I'm treating my nails the best I can with medical treatments and nail disinfectants. If you value your nails being healthy, happy and well cared for, DO NOT GO HERE. If you're looking for a reputable nail place, which does a good job, I recommend Binh's Nails on Calgary Trail.
K	K. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Pearl Nails. I have been going here for years, approximately 6? I go out of my way to only go to Pearl Nails. The same staff is still there and they always always do a consistently above and beyond job regardless of who you get! Some nail places depending on who you get will leave out certain parts of your pedicure or manicure and STILL charge you the same, this has NEVER happened at Pearl Nails. I've even showed up last minute with no appointment and they have fit me in but never compromised my great treatment, which says a lot because they are always busy. Although I only go to Pearl Nails, I'm not the type who goes every week or even every month so it's not as if they always remember me but they still always do a great job, my point is you don't have to be a regular for them to do an amazing job every time. Don't get me wrong though, these ladies are SO friendly, and because of the amazing service and how friendly they are they do have a ton of regular clients. My point is, if you want great service go here! If you are picky, go here! If you want to feel pampered go here, you won't regret it and they are reasonably priced and they are very picky over their own work. -Kylie

It has been 3 years since I have had my nails done and It is a very quiet, relaxing, humble, and respectful location. I will be returning and I would recommend this location to anyone. The precision she took to shape the nails pleased be as I am huge on the filing process. I honestly didn’t watch her work much at all as it felt right and comfortable and the result was amazing!
C	Candice Reaney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with this salon....I have really bad/difficult ingrown big toe nails, and Hana worked in them and they feel amazing, the first Tech that has bot been to scared to cut them.... I couldn't do it myself with out bleeding, not a speck of blood what amazing work.... and Hana did a great job in my fingernails as a week ago I had a coolant hose that was leaking that I had to fix and my nails looked like S%$#....when I walked in.... and they look amazing, my new favorite place for pedicures and fills.......thanks Pearl Nails and most of all thank you Hana!!!

I have only had one pedicure a few years ago in Leduc and it was not a great experience. Let me tell you, these ladies at Pearl were amazing!!! We had Pam and Linn and they were so friendly and sweet! They treated my mom like a queen!! They gave us both such thorough, gentle pedicures with l I eg massages and the works! No upselling which I really appreciated! A very fair price for exceptional service. My mom was so happy!! We will definitely be back to see Pam and Linn!!
