★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daisy from this location just recently shipped me a vintage Marantz 6300 turntable. No original box. Now if you know anything about shipping a turntable without its original packaging it needs to be packed right or its not arriving in one piece. I told them the things that needed to be removed for safe shipping just in case the person packing it had no idea what a turntable was.
From start to finish. Friendly & professional people. Price was just fantastic for the job they did. This was another GREAT packing job from a UPS store. It was packed better then if it was from the manufacturer in its original box. So just wanted to say THANK YOU! They set a precedence for proper shipping of a delicate item. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location handed off a UPS Labelled and shipped package to another delivery service, who promptly lost the package. I wouldn't drop any packages here or use their package services since they will misplace it.
Edit: Well, the 1800 number you told me to call said that they could see I dropped off the package there and a different company took possession of my package. Don't call me a liar. Also, you never scanned and entered the package into the system, so where could it have gone?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location to drop off/ship a couple of packages and was directed to go to the UPS Hub on 68 ave. Was told that I am not allowed to drop off and ship multiple packages at the Ellerslie location…. I thought UPS relies on receiving packages to deliver to make money…
Highly not recommended this location if you are planning on shipping more than one package as they are incapable of handling the volume of a shipping company…
