★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, but also the last time. I had a eyebrow waxing here. The staff with me even didn’t introduce herself and just started the waxing. My service last about 5 minutes. During the service, she didn’t bother asking my feeling or about the services. And later in the day I noticed that my eyebrows are not even symmetrical. Very disappointed about this visit.
update: it’s been months that owner said someone would contact me for solving my problems. I haven’t received any form of contact from Buff wax spot.

I have been going to her since summer of 2021. The faility itself has very high sanitation measures. I also recommend the pfb vanish ultra to help prevent ingrowns, it works really well for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my eyebrows waxed here. (By Halie) I left and went home only to realize my eyebrows were not red AT ALL! I’m normally someone who is red and blotchy for two days after getting them done but she was so quick and gentle that I was back to normal within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Every appointment is met with great vibes, great music in the building, friendly & professional technicians, and a pain free hair free wax every single time.
I always recommend Buff to anyone I know looking to get waxing done because it’s the best! I always look forward to my appointments here and I always leave feeling great with a smile on my face.
Extra bonus is almost all of their products are their own, with all natural ingredients, and feel so so good on the skin!

Their shop is clean, the décor is cute, and they have great music playing. They also sell products made in house that are like nothing you will have ever used and will help keep your waxing feeling good until next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to go for a wax in the city, I will not go anywhere else. I am at peace knowing that this place is extremely clean and they NEVER double dip the wax sticks.
I come here mostly for brazilians, and every time the wax tech makes sure I feel comfortable and relaxed. All the wax techs are extremely professional and friendly. They ensure that all the hair is removed and that the experience is quick and mostly painless. Booking, rescheduling, or cancelling an appointment is all very easy to do as well.
The atmosphere of the place is very welcoming, there’s always great music playing. They also sell their own hygiene products, I use the intimate salve and it really helps calm down the irritation and redness after a wax.
