★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 2 and a half hours just to have a prescription filled. Once I was finally seated in a room, the doctor came in, asked what I needed and told me they would go and get the prescription. I then waited another 50 minutes in the room with no updates. I went to the front desk to find out what was going on and the doctor had just forgotten me in there and didn't tell me that the printer was broken, so I would have to wait to have my prescription printed off. In total it was over 3 hours just to get a basic prescription filled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist is not qualified, and his certificate and license were stolen. It was the first time to dispense prescription drugs here. He could not understand the prescription form of the hospital expert at all. When he entered the patient’s name, birthday and insurance company information, he looked at the prescription and asked the patient more than three times. I doubt whether he is mentally retarded or demented. . Please don't waste time and money on a mentally handicapped pharmacist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service by the lady who is working today , she didn’t even listen to me what i really want , she just said i cannot help you with anything . There are people waiting for the jobs , hire someone who really want to work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is awesome! Better than my doctor. I called to ask some questions related to a medication I just started to take a few days ago. I got all the answers I needed but the guy also asked how I was doing and what other struggles I have with this diagnosis I just got from my doctor. He made me feel understood and took his time to talk to me. I'm impressed. Never been to a different pharmacy since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to purchase some medicine for my 3yo but they said my card was declined. After showing them my account history and that the payment went through and that had taken my money they still refused to give me what I have paid for. My partner had to go back to the store and pay again so we could get our kid the medicine she needed. Now after speaking to my bank and confirming with a trace # that this money has been taken they still won’t right their wrong. It’s only $13 but I know what it feels like when you only have enough to buy what you need once and can’t imagine how I would have gotten that medicine for my daughter if I was still in that predicament.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.
