★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the Shell car wash app does not work. I went in to the store to ask for help. the girl insisted to see my car wash card. Why do I still carry the card if I already have the app in my phone??? So i have to pay the car wash because there are a long queue behind me and I do not want people to want for me longer. and the girl just sold me the most expensive car wash. come on, use you empathy and treat your customer better. after this bad experience, I never went back to this shell station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is more so for the car wash aspect. I used it a couple times and it was great. 5 stars!!
However, recently i used it and the pressure was quite weak and it didn't really clean my car at all. For an Ultimate Car Wash that i bought, i expected good performance like it used to be. Please fix it. I used it ~3pm MST March 29 so maybe the water pressure was low from many people at home??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to grab a drink on my way to work, had to leave with nothing. The store smelled so bad I literally started gagging. Is personal hygiene not a requirement of the employees in this location? Reflects very poorly on the business when you walk in and it feels like you've entered a barn.
In response to Shell's follow up, it wasn't the bathroom, it was the personal hygiene of the employee working. Mandatory deodorant should be a no brainer for a company policy
