★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconveniently still living "Bankers hours." When all the other banks are open earlier, close later and on open on weekends to better assist customers this BMO branch still clings the past . 10am -4pm and NO Weekends? Not even an 8 hour workday window. Really BMO?? Ridiculous!!. Attention BMO branch.....The 1950’s called and they want their bankers hours back.

I went in there today 2 times, which was frustrating that they couldn't do the banking that I needed the first time!-- first time I went, the 1 teller was the only one working- took forever to get to the front of the line and than she was answering calls that were coming into the branch while she helped me - Awful costumer service.
2nd time, there were two tellers but it was still a huge lineup -- stood in line for 15 minutes and than finally left, without being helped, as I had a few people before me and I wasn't going to wait any longer- I wasted too much of my time today with this bank. NEVER going back to this location!
