★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered by phone for pick up, they said it would be 15 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes, gave our name to front worker twice, she said it wasn't ready. No prob but we Waited and waited while they let other customers inside and a Skip guy, too. So much for social distancing, so we went outside. After 15 more minutes of waiting outside they came with pizzas but incorrect dips. When we went back in to get correct dips they said that's what we ordered. Nope. They reluctantly gave us 1 of the dips we ordered. We took the pizza out to the car when another customer comes up saying we had their pizza! We took it back into the store again and the staff was running around looking for our order - they gave it to us already COLD. It had been sitting there the whole time we had to wait. Disappointing service, Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped into Panago for a quick pizza on a lunch break and the gentleman behind the counter was probably the sweetest ever! He offered to help us make a decision on which pizza to get based off of the huge menu and He even went out of the way to bring me the water I had accidentally left in the store! He might be the nicest person of all time! Thank you for a very surprisingly awesome experience!

Food was neatly packed and delivered within 30-35 minutes.
We absolutely enjoyed the delicious and creamy texture of Chicken Spinach dip pizza with Jalapeno white sauce on base and topped with grilled chicken, baby spinach leaves, artichokes, caramelized onions along with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Overall, I would love to try other pizzas from panago in future. But, Some of the places that sells pizza at same price provides you a complimentary dip. I think getting that with their pizza would be a cherry on the cake :-)
