โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service! Brought in 2 jackets for alterations. Were not done as promised; was told that it was at her mom's house still and not done. Was very rude about the situation and didn't even apologize. The work was very average to mediocre and definitely overpriced. Others have had similar experiences. The shop is dark, messy and unkempt with clothes all over the floor. Very unprofessional - wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
***Instead, highly recommend ELLWOOD TAILORS (268-91 St) just on the other side of Ellerslie Road by 7-11. EXCELLENT WORK AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Have taken many items there for alterations - Jamie always exceeded expectations. She really cares about doing an excellent job for her customers! Best tailor I've ever been to - highly recommend her!

โ โ โ โ โ I feel I was really charged high for alteration ..I was charged $30 plus for alteration..I am happy with shoe cleaning and was charged with a nominal rate of $25.I will not recommend this place again for any alternation or any dress related needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped off my dad's old, beat-up suede jacket. It was ripped and stained, but it's a reminder of him. They fixed it up and cleaned it as best they could. I'm totally happy with the results. It's not perfect, but suede is tricky to clean, and it turned out as good as I had hoped.

โ โ โ โ โ This shop is run by a mom and daughter and I've taken many things from swimsuits to t-shirts to get sewn. Once there was a misunderstanding about cuffing my t-shirts (I recommend bringing examples or pictures) and they were really professional about it and corrected the issue! I highly recommend going here, as they know what they are doing!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been here several times. The first two experiences were pretty positive. The last was less so. I had a bridesmaids dress altered. When I picked it up it had cups that were probably 3 cup sizes too small for me. I was quoted $60 for the alterations and ended up paying $110 because of the baby cups - I had to remove them at home because they DID NOT fit in the slightest. For small alterations they are incredibly reliable and fast but I would not bring another important alteration there again.

โ โ โ โ โ Ruined a dress for my daughter we bought on a trip, so itโs not like I can go and buy another one. The person at the front desk didnโt take down my request properly, so what I wanted wasnโt done. What was done ruined the embroidery and no effort was made to make it look even a little acceptable. Not once did someone ever phone me to confirm what I wanted or tell me it was done, I made three trips to try and collect the dress. I will give them credit for not making me pay and being very pleasant and professional though.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unreliable and expensive. Not worth it. Felt like being ripped off. I went in with a large amount of dress shirts and suits and wanted the shirts folded for which the lady mentioned to me upon pick up that her staff were not happy about folding it all. Then questioned why i need all those shirts dry cleaned. To top it off when dropping off about 36 items i was told we would be called upon complete and was not given a price. When i went to pick up i was charged close to $400 and was told no one told them to call upon completion. Not sure how they got this price. Will not go again. Rip off and poor service
