M	Monika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a couple of outfits from them and after the purchase they’re attitude became completely opposite. I got my dresses altered from them and when I brought them home to try them on, the seams started coming out. I went back to get them fixed and instead they blamed me for it that it was my fault this happened. they told me they would charge extra to get it fixed even when I paid for alterations during my purchase too. I had no other choice, so I had to fix my dresses myself at home. Horrible experience.
G	Gurlyy 97 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went in there today with my friend. Upon entering, it was completely empty with the exception of 3 ladies that were working. Despite that, no one greeted us and I could see they were all busy eating lunch (it was around 2:30 pm). We walked around for a while completely clueless of what to do when we finally got a lady to talk to us. She called another lady to help us. That lady had so much attitude. She didn’t say hi, she didn’t offer us a seat even though so many were empty. We had to tell her ourselves what we were looking for and she looked at us with so much disinterest and she gave me really weird and rude looks when I told her I was looking for a lengha. When I told her I didn’t want the $500 stuff and something more in my budget, she went and showed me the worst things ever. After looking at just two we left because of how awkward and uncomfortable everyone made us feel. Never going back again. I’m pretty sure she didn’t want to show me stuff because I’m more curvy.

If u ask the price of an item the sales people walking around will say xyz... n when u reach the payment counter the lady there will say another price... wish they had some one to manage the store... would never recommend anyone to this shop...

Walked in and we were the only customers, three employees (including the owner) sitting behind the counter not wearing masks. No one even bothered to look up when we walked in. We waited at the counter and attempted to look at some suits and no one came to help. Finally as we were leaving someone called out asking if we wanted something. Have never had good service here, it's a wonder how the store stays open.

I asked Suman to show me something and she’s like we don’t have anything in your size .I’m size 42,you are running a big store and you telling me you don’t have anything in my size like seriously not even a lahenga or saree? Every time you go there you get the worst customer service from them and I’m like ok maybe they will be better next time or next but nope NO changes.it’s like they don’t even care . They have nice collection of clothes but very poor service.they are not helpful at all.They don’t know how to sell,i lost my interest in this store because of their customer service. And i was just reading some of the lowest reviews they got and trust me i know the feeling what they’re talking about.i went through the same. Went to a different store and got the best customer service right away and bought 5 suits for myself and my mom bought 3 for herself for my brothers wedding. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHANDIGARH FASHION ??????????????????????????????
R	Reena S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this store.Customer service is 0.we walk in and we were the only customers still no one said hi nothing .lady name Suman just standing behind the counter didn’t even come to us or ask us what we looking for.then i end up asking her price for something she just told me the price and still standing there not even coming to show me what she has.i asked you have anything else she’s like no whatever is lying outside on the counter that’s all we have ?.like very BAD customer service and prices are way too much for just something simple. If you have a business then you should know what customer service.

She focussed on her phone and chit chat with another staff more than she focussed on the lone customer in the store - me. First she gave me an incorrect price for a dress hanging high up on the wall. When I asked her to bring it doen so that I could check out the material etc, she said "it is right there. You can see whatever you need to see right from here." Clearly she was in no mood to sell any clothes that day. I am NEVER going back.
