My jacket sat in the trunk for several hours and almost lost hope for it. Brought it here expecting a huge bill, but ended up paying less than half of what I was quoted! The jacket also came back looking like new! Thank you guys :) will definitely be coming back.

Just wasted my time. N when i called her out she just gave it back free of charge hahaha what a joke of a business Be aware of people like this one they try to take advantage n waste peoples time Go back in ur basement

I am usually quite picky with where I take my suits, but i have been very pleased with the care that Parsons Dry Cleaning takes each time.

L	Lilly Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! The front door of business is dangerously stubborn, resulting in my finger nail pulled backwards as I attempted to reach and pull the door. The owner stood behind the counter showing no concern for another human being in pain or discomfort. Strickly poor quality customer service. Not professional speaking over the phone. It's seems like they are running a private business out of their basement, not a commercial approach. On pick up, the garmet that was supposedly drycleaned wasn't anywhere near quality. They did not press down the zipper area properly. When I brought the imperfection to their attention, they answered just with a "Sorry, our machine are shut down now, I can't fix this." Instead of the business offering a discount, instead I asked and was given a petty $1 discount. I am astonished how this business has 4.9 stars!

I didn't realize how poor of a job they did until i saw the quality of dry cleaning done with my co workers coveralls at a different place. Mine looked like they had not even been cleanee compared to theirs, even though our "soil level" was the same when we took our coveralls in to seperate dry cleaners. The lady there was very friendly I wont take that away, but when i pay $70 for 6 pairs of coveralls to hardly get cleaned, when i can go to pages cleaner, have my coveralls look brand new and pay $45... it warrants a bad review.
