โ โ โ โ โ First time here today and customer service was really great and the pedicure was awesome! Nice colour selection, the space is clean, the massage chairs are really comfortable, and they offer you water, coffee, or tea. Overall, great experience will be back for manicure too in future.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been to so many nails places over the years and I can say this is the best nail spa I have been to from how clean it is and how talented all the nail technicians are it is just phenomenal. Love there work and how they make each customer feel so special and happy . Also took my daughter here to get her nails painted and they were so friendly and kind with her . Love this place, Highly recommend!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I'm happy with the way my nails turned out and they look good.
Unfortunately I've had a bad experience at OMG Nailspa. There was an unpleasant scent so my technician went to turn on the fan. Either there was an electrical issue or it was a cheap fan because as soon as my technician plugged it in it ARC flashed. I was completely fine but my technician got an electric shock and a burned on two of her fingers.
The unpleasant part was the reaction of the other employees. She was instantly blamed for what happened which was not her fault at all. They were instantly mad at her. No one but me asked if she was ok. When I mentioned it was really scary (it honestly had me shaken up a bit) the technician and customer a few tables down from us started laughing and said "it's a fan that's not scary."
I'm pretty disappointed with seeing employees being treated badly at this location.
On this occasion I'm happy with my nails but in the past with other technicians I found the nails to be quite thick. Whenever I've asked for designs (like the ones in their picture) they've never turned out. Their pictures are beautiful but I haven't been able to get the same quality designs.

โ โ โ โ โ I recommend this place 100% they are kind nice and the service is outstanding. I love this place. I came in later before close and they helped me with open arms. I had a set of nails that were poorly done and they fixed them and stayed late to give me the most amazing nails ever. Iโve never had better nails in my life. I have a huge event this weekend and they gave me exactly what I had in mind that suited the occasion and I am just so happy with the service. I recommend you go here. I will never go anywhere else. All the technicians are talented and professional! Thank you so much guys. You saved the day!

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service was immaculate, the environment was warm and welcoming and friendly. And donโt even get me started on how amazing the nail technicians are. They are extremely talented and amazing individuals and the nail Salon is so cute, clean and stylish. The prices are very affordable and the people are wonderful. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Keep up the amazing work!

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, this place has an amazing owner, staff and clean and neat place to be getting any of their services. My amazing nail artist (NOOK) makes me feel so comfortable as always, that's the other reason why I keep coming back. I've been seeing her for like forever. The professionalism and customer service they provided have been second to none. I highly recommended this Nailspa if you want to have a great customer service experience too. Excellent!

โ โ โ โ โ I absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone there treats you like a long time friend and is so kind, unlike a lot of other nail spas Iโve been to. They take their time to listen to you and ensure youโre completely satisfied before you walk out the door. Iโve also been getting my nails done pretty much all my life and this is the only place Iโve been to that my set will last for weeks on end without lifting or breaking! 100% recommend everything about this place!!
