How do we protect you & our staff?

We use disposable pedicure tub liners, buffers, nail files, and toe separators. Our sugar rubs are placed
in single-use disposable bowls to prevent "double dipping."   Our callus remover blades are single use and are disposed into a bio-hazard container. Our metal instruments are placed into an ultrasonic device to shake off all debris (this also prevents injuries to our staff from manually brushing them).  We have a dental/medical grade autoclave to sterilize our metal instruments.  Each load that goes through our sterilizer will have a monitoring indicator strip; the indicator strip will change colour to let us know a successful sterilization cycle was completed.

 

We use the same care for our waxing services. We use disposable wooden spatulas and never re-dip to

prevent cross-contamination.

 

Our towels are changed between every client and laundered with bleach.

 

We are going above and beyond to protect you and our nail technicians. We will not compromise the

health and safety of our clients and technicians!

Very pleased. What I needed. Accommodated my late arrival. Stayed after closing. I didn't feel rushed & with all the trauma & losses currently in my life - the spa music, best massage chair ever while receiving fantastic pedicure clearing away covid cuticles & callouses - I totally appreciated it, been in pain. I couldn't help releasing some pent up tears grief and gratitude. Facility is nice and clean, prices good and not gouged too. Thank you & Sam :). I'll be back on another occasion in the city.

Booked an appointment at 5:30 pm and at 5:55 I was still waiting. Why booking appt when you can't commit? This place is not for me.

Absolutely love fashion nails!! I always leave there feeling like a princess! I just got some 3D flowers and they are beautiful with some added gems, highly recommend this beautiful establishment!

10/10 DON’T Recommend, went and got my nails done, the nail tech continuously would burn me and hurt my nails when I’d tell her That it hurt, she literally made my nail into a block of acrylic on my right pointer finger then nail filed it down to make the shape of a nail, filed away the nail she just put on. My nails lasted 2 days tops and then started to fall off/break. I don’t know if it was because we're Native American but that is no way to treat customers.

Went here last night for my birthday for a set of acrylics, the lady did a wonderful job and took her time getting the shape right. It took until after closing to finish and she didn't rush and hand painted everything. Very impressed.

10 stars for Lyn! Lyn has been doing my nails for many years, I lost her when she left the place I used to get my nails done at but last summer I found her here and I was so happy. She always does a wonderful job and she a very sweet and lovely person.

I would give Ivy 5 stars if I could. She is always very nice, accommodating and her work is amazing. What disappointed me here was Lyn. She doesn't have any respect for the customers. I had to get gift certificates and the she jumps right in when its time to pay and I don't hear one word from her mouth. Like I'm not sure if she's manager or what but that's not at all good customer service. I gave this place 6 new clients plus me and we would have spent $800-900 easily there and she had no respect for us whatsoever. Even my family members said she was even rude to them during their visit and didn't want to answer any questions related to service. She was not accommodating despite me bringing in so many clients. I also mentioned I won't be coming back, neither will the other 6 clients and she didn't seem to be bothered by it which shows me she's most likely not the owner. I would like to reach out to the owner if possible as this is not the right behaviour to treat customers and she also overall had very bad vibes. I will not be coming back for as long as Lyn is there. Perhaps its time for her to find a job that doesn't involve dealing with customers and rather stay quiet.
