I’ve seen Ann a few times because she provides excellent customer service. As well, Ann is quick and attentive to details (manicure and pedicure). Her service is over beyond others.

Good service! Very friendly. I got a french manicure and a pedicure done for my wedding. They are a great salon!

The Ladies there may not speak very good english but they are amazing. They are all so sweet, call you honey and in my experience they really do go above and beyond to make you happy. They do not overcharge at all and if you do break a nail (esp a day or two later) they fix it for free. I tried another Vo's nails before and hated it so much that I came back here to have them fix them and make them better. I love this place!!

Vo’s Heritage is my go-to salon for a pedicure. I have been to this location at least a dozen times and have never been disappointed with their service or their product. I will usually go for a walk-in and have perhaps only once needed to walk out if they were too busy. I am aware this is my own lack of scheduling and not theirs! I am always happy to see my neighborhood businesses thriving. I have been seen by each technician and I am always pleased with their service. I’m not sure it’s possible to beat their prices and quality of work. I have been to four or five other salons, including pricier spas, which chipped within the first week, or Evelyn Charles which wasn’t anything special, either, and the finishing was sloppy or incomplete elsewhere, every single time. If you pay cash, they won’t charge you for the cost they pay to use the debit machine. Many consumers don’t realize there is a fee to businesses per debit transaction and this can hurt small businesses. My most recent visit was yesterday where I told Yen I had only a short amount of time and she accommodated me. They are all very good at multitasking. Again, the benefit to this salon is price point & quality. If you want undivided attention, this may not be the place for you, necessarily, and your cost will be higher elsewhere. While an elderly client struggled to remember her PIN, Yen was incredibly patient and professional while the client attempted three times. She then assisted her with her walker and held the door for her as she left. After being seated, Yen let me know that my nails wouldn’t have enough time to dry to wear my wedges without ruining the polish so she suggested clear polish or to buy a pair of sandals they keep onhand. A last-minute change of mind on my part was no problem to her. Another time, Ahn kindly let me borrow a pair of sandals to return on my next visit as I had forgotten my own pair. Seeing poor reviews here prompted me to make a positive review, as I have never left disappointed from this salon. If you are patient and understanding, they will be as well. Working in the service industry is tough and often unrewarding and the customer is, by no means, NOT always right. Those who work in the service industry are people as well. It is worth giving this salon the benefit of the doubt if you’re placing too much stake in the negative reviews! I’m definitely devoted to Vo’s.

I have been coming to this salon for several years and am always happy with the quality of services. Prices are incredibly reasonable, and the girls always try to accommodate walk ins and will often fix broken nails for no charge. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The ladies do a fabulous job on my feet and my friends Nails ?! Very courteous and kind and the prices are great! They don't keep going up each time we go into have your pampering (unlike a competitor that I had been going to for over 8 years)

I got an acrylic fill from Ann! She was amazing and my nails turned out so beautiful. I definitely recommend going here, you just show Ann what design you want and she makes it a reality!
