r	rm12412389 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to a clinic was greeted by the front desk lady, she asked what I needed I said to see a Dr. Please. To which she replied what I needed so unsure she heard me o repeated my self. And said I would like to see a Dr. She asked if it was work related I said no, then she asked what i needed and I said I’d like to see a Dr, she said for what I said shoulder pain, then she got super annoyed with me, and told me to have a seat so she could help other customers/ clients that were behind me. And I asked if patients are seen on a first come first serve basis, to which she replied maybe you can go to a different clinic as we have no wall in appointments here. To my suprise the person behind me was a walk in and he went right in to a waiting room, she didn’t ask him any pressing questions just for his AHC number and some Covid protocol questions I was ignored for some time before I got mad and left. Over all terrible!!!!!

And the big plus is they accomodate me right when I step in their clinic. No waiting game and their flow is very organize and saves me so much time. Thank you so much for your service. Appreciate it a lot. God bless you all!

I wanted to get blood work done and Dr. Lucewicz was not only dismissive but patronizing and saying how people my age don’t have circulation issues. I only went in because I wanted to rule out something serious like a clot and he just laughed and said it was impossible (which anyone with medical training knows is never a fair answer). Please avoid this place if you’re looking for compassion and for someone to believe your concerns. Gave two stars only because the front desk staff were very kind on the phone and in person at the clinic.
K	Kiyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ friendly staff and doctors who are very wonderful. building is accessible and clean, too! i came in with my concerns and the doctor listened and treated me kindly with compassion. i received prompt care for my issue, despite being a walk in at 7:30 at night. this is going to become my go to clinic.

As soon as I came in, she was very friendly and conversive, and made sure that I was immediately seen to a room. This has been the most positive experience at a medical clinic in years, well done!

She gave me a heads up that the doctor was not in yet so it would be a little wait. I would highly recommend to go see the doctors here as the complete staff is amazing.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about the immigration process and explained things really well. It was quick and efficient - definitely a great experience. Highly recommended!

Cheryl the nurse/receptionist up front is particularly wonderful. Due to the volume of patients at my recent visit they were not taking walk-ins at that moment but she took the time to hear what was ailing me. After listening to me she made some adjustments and was able to get me in to see a doctor. For which I'm very thankful.
