R	Rachel Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is absolutely appalling how long patients have to wait to simply BOOK an appointment to have a phone conversation with their doctor. I’ve been on hold for 25 mins, not including the 25 minutes I spent waiting yesterday, just to be hung up on once someone finally picked the phone up. Oh and by the time it was finally picked up, it was after 4pm so I couldn’t call back until this morning. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!! Family medical organizations have been the least helpful profession throughout this pandemic, it’s extremely sad that I can get my toddler a Covid test easier than I can see her doctor.

I have been a patient here for more then 16 years, never had a problem until the last 5 years. Receptionists changed and are now extremely rude and incompetent, they make you wait over an hour for scheduled appointments with no explanation! Their booking system is a joke nothing less then a 45 minute wait just to book an appointment, when you show up for that said appointment turns out they didn't actually book it! A complete waste of time, doctors are great but not woth the headache!

Tried calling back after i got hung up on (aprox. 1:30pm) and the phones are now closed for the day despite the clinic being open until 8pm. Must be a busy day at the clinic. See picture as I am not lying. 3 hours.

Replaced by Lam, equally incompetent, lazy, and should not be practicing ! He’s been reported to the Ontario Medical Board for disciplinary measures - and is a danger to his patients ! I know many have looked elsewhere after Derrick left knowing Lam was nothing short of dangerous !! Brooklyn clinic should be embarrassed at their poor reputation and even poorer doctors !!
J	John Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRONT STAFF NEED TO BE CHANGED. Absolutely Horrible, call you when you DONT have an appointment, then when you actually have an appointment Dr. Suri doesn't call with no reason as to why. Also get a new receptionist, this can't be news to you!!! She's horrible.
A	Andrew B. Giles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic is very poorly run. The phone lines, flow management, processing, and administration at large are incredibly inefficient and unaccountable. Heather notably is fantastic---if you can actually even get to her without waiting for 15-20 minutes to speak to a receptionist. I do not get the impression this clinics wants to be in business. Moreover, a simple prescription "renewal" was requested a month ago for a heart medication that has still since not been sent back to Shoppers. Shoppers Pharmacists has re-sent the fax minimally five times now. Crickets. If you have an opportunity to use a different practice, I'd recommend it.
