Went there for an appointment booked at 5:00, got a room at 6:10 and the doctor came in the room at 6:55.. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even bother going, HUGE waste of time
I	I Areeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't go for Google reviews until I experience the unprofessionalism several times. I am trying to be honest. However, please never ever go to this clinic, some of the staff are very unprofessional, some when they talk to u, don't pay attention to you what you say. Even don't look at you. Wait time - With even having an appointment, it takes you another one or two hours of wait time. It is really annoying. Specifically if you take a couple of hours off from you job, as they are not working on weekends. I tried virtual consulting once, the doctor (don't remember his name) was in a very rush, that didn't try to answer my questions. Worst experience. I lost faith in their service at this clinic unfortunately, and have to switch my family doctor, although I don't have problems with my doctor, but the clinic. I'm concerned how they operate this way and how there is no any governmental body to evaluate their services. And even I noticed that they give priority to some of their friends and family members with no appointment while those with appointments wait for 2 hours. I am very disappointed with their service. Very disappointed. Please never ever try this clinic. I wish I could have doctor Emil Shaker somewhere else.
L	Lillian Smythe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are nice and helpful especially Dr Kolby, however it often takes 30 minutes to over an hour to actually get in after booking an appointment. It’s super annoying. Especially when it’s something as simple as prescription refill. I booked an appointment for 7:15, showed up at 7:00, it has been over an hour and no one has informed me of why it’s taking so long. This happens really often unfortunatley.
S	Samantha Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just called this clinic to get my son an appointment. I was asked the age for my son which I replied he is almost 2 years old. The receptionist asked me if my son was vaccinated for COVID, I said he was not because he is not even close to being eligible for a COVID vaccine due to his very young age. I was told I cannot get an appointment for my son because he is not vaccinated for COVID and the doctor is only seeing vaccinated patients. This is ridiculous because my son is obviously too young to be vaccinated for COVID and I feel that the doctor is discriminating against people because they are not vaccinated for whatever reason. As a doctor you know that the job comes with seeing many patients with many health issues and ailments. At least make an exception for kids who can’t be vaccinated yet! Ridiculous, will never return to this clinic. How they can even operate with this kind of discrimination is beyond me. Find a doctor who will see patients in a proper manner, not one who picks and chooses. You are doing a great disservice to the community.
T	Tealla Pierce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to this clinic as the location I visited has been temporarily closed due to a fire. Let me tell you, I regret it. DO NOT COME HERE. The woman who has answered the phone each time I called is absolutely horrendous. SO unbelievably rude. And I don’t mind the wait times but I do mind sitting the the medical room waiting for 45 minutes while DR Emil Shaker sat in the office directly across from me calling a car dealership! About a car hat isn’t even on the market yet but he wanted to speak to his friend there so he could financially plan purchasing a car that won’t be released for two years. Happy for you man, glad you can afford it but people can hear you! Then after talking colors for 10 minutes he finally came into the room with a look of absolute disgust and proceeded to have the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. And I was simply there for medication refills. The one saving grace was the nurse who checked me in, she was so sweet and so kind and very helpful. To you I say... girl, get the hell out of there and find a better clinic for yourself. Because based on my experience and that of others who come here, you deserve to be in a better work environment.

Louise at the front is always helpful and friendly (please give her a paid vacation soon... she's there non stop it seems LOL). The pharmacy staff are always helpful. And of course Dr. Emil Shaker is probably the best doctor I've seen in Edmonton. 5 Stars.
I	Igor Sharykin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promise Psr test ready in 24 hours - this is a lie. We are waiting for more then 48 hours. In Google search working hours start in Sundays at 9:00 is lie, they open at 10:00. No walk in, appointments only. Do not recommend this clinic, waste of time.
