The secretary called me when their were cancellations to try and get us in sooner. She was very friendly and engaging with my son. The doctor was exceptional with my son. He explained everything to both of us. He answered all my questions and I left there feeling more confident.

Called to get check up appt; was told we weren't there for too long and were no longer patients...then they slammed down the phone. Wow. Apparently family atmosphere disappeared due to pandemic, and now I have to find someone new for my kids, who are asking why Dr G wont see them. Unreal. _____________ I love Dr G. He is the only pediatrician I will let near my children. My oldest used to scream going to other doctors - I have not seen this even once since seeing Dr. G.

I literally just called to explain about my sick child and I have an out of province health card for my child and the receptionist literally hung up on me. I event informed her that I was willing to pay whatever the cost was. She’s still a Canadian citizen, I’m shocked and appalled.
T	Trevor Banks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gangji is arrogant, unprofessional, condescending and thinks his opinions are superior to other professionals. It seems fairly clear he does not cater to your individual child's needs and lumps his observations and opinions in with the general population. Badgering a child to answer a question that they clearly don't know is unethical. He does not deserve a medical license and maybe should be thinking about a career change.

When I simply and politely asked for clarity on an appointment, she hung up. Maybe the doctor is decent, but this walk-in clinic is not a walk-in. It is by appointments that you are unable to get.
