Nick at Ascension was absolutely amazing to work with. He is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable on his units. He accommodated us in every aspect possible and made sure that everything was perfect and to our liking before leaving the site. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting several days for a call back from our usual service provider, we decided to give Ascension a call and were able to talk to someone right away. The fellows stopped by later that same day and diagnosised the problem, and supplied an estimate to complete the repair. An appointment was made and they showed up on time and had my elevator back up and running in a reasonable amount of time.
The communication with the owner was great, and workers were knowledgeable and respectful.
Couldn't have asked for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending over $1200 over 6 months, our elevator is still not working. We have been told that it will not be repaired by this company. Yes it is an older elevator, but when a company causes a problem, i would expect that they would repair it. Definitely do not recommend this company.
