S	Sehmanjit Singh Malhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member named Komal was extremely rude and when we asked her why she’s being rude she got extremely offended and said she doesn’t want to help us anymore. The manager Avtar had to step in he was very nice and polite. However the experience was horrible and staff attitude needs serious work hopefully changes are made.

And the lady taking the order was exceptionally rude even after we placed the order in the drive thru the lady did not hear it and in return we was being rude us after asking her not to be rude she became even more offended. When we came to the window and asked her for her name and she refused to give it. After repeatedly asking her she asked what it’s for and we continued to ask her instead of giving us her name she shut the window and started talking to her staff members.

They refused to honour my coupons and then the girl told me that it was "not her problem" because she didn't make the coupons... Then when I asked for her name she gave a fake name and dropped my food out the window then told me she wouldn't serve me. The shift supervisor and "Prisha" should be fired.
A	Aperson Withaname on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife worked late and stopped for dinner. She spent $35 and drove the 6 mins. home. The chicken in her wrap was WAY too dry to eat. It was as if they replaced what should have been beef in my crunch wrap with a gallon of sour cream. THERE WAS NO BEEF!!!! And didn't there used to be green onions on the fries supreme? There was also NO HOTSAUCE in the bag. So what's the deal? Owners too cheap? Back in the day, taco bell was inexpensive and good. Now it's expensive and disgusting. Thanks capitalism and globalism and covid and greed and incompetence. Now I have to make dinner. This ruined the evening of an already terrible day in the middle of this pandemic hell. I'll pass on Taco Bell/KFC. Its garbage.

Like the tacos just had fallen apart in the wrapping some how. The food tasted good and was pretty warm. All things considered, it's okay... but just okay.

In the past anytime I bought a meal and asked for "quite a bit" of hot sauce they would always give me a handful. Well today I went into this location and ended up spending $18 on a crunchwrap supreme and an order of fries supreme. I was feeling extra brave and thought I'd get extra stuff on my fries, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. The lady working the cash register told me that there would be "an extra charge" but at no point did she tell me exactly how much. It turned out to be an extra $6!! I couldn't believe it. And to make things worse when I asked for hot sauce the one lady gave me 4 packets and then just walked away, didn't say "enjoy your day", "enjoy your meal", nothing. I waited around though and asked her for a bit more hot sauce. She then goes on to explain to me that they only give out 2 packets per meal item and that there would be an extra charge for more. I really only wanted 2 extra packets, which another customer who was there was kind enough to donate hers even though she shouldn't have to! If I'm spending $18 on 2 items then I should damn well be entitled to more hot sauce than 4 packets! That's highway robbery and I'm honestly disgusted (and no that's not just the after effects of the food either). This place has turned into a complete joke and I won't be back. You guys just lost a customer who's been coming to this location for 10+ years.

First off, do you guys sit on the tacos before sending them out? My dog died 3 years ago and could have made it better than this. Everything falls apart, with about 18% of the required amount to be filled. Complete joke of your product. Let’s move to the fries now. I think these fries were made in 1982 and then heated up before it left in my bag. Your prices are already bad enough, but I paid the extra $2 because I was feeling it. Well.. I got one little burnt piece of beef, and enough sour cream to drown Edmonton in. I had already scooped most off before picture. I would highly recommend going to the Quiznos next door if you’re looking for an actual meal. However, the staff was friendly and fast. Probably because this food was made last week.

Took 2 bites of my Crunchwrap and decided to pull it open after not getting anything but lettuce and cheese. There’s no meat under the cheese showing in the pic. I thought maybe it had slide down… nope! I had the most meat in mine out of 5! I called in and was informed that they followed the measurements and it was correct. That’s it, that’s all. I’ve never left a negative review for anywhere but this was/is unbelievable! Do not order from here! Try a different location if you need Tacobell!
