★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one guy that has worked here a while. I can't remember his name but he's the ginger guy. Extremely Knowledgeable and very nice. Has helped me a number of times with my vaping needs and always has the best advice. I choose this shop over any other because of this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zen Vape has the most amazing customer service I have experienced at ANY vape shop. Recently, the pods for my vape were discontinued, and since I own 2 of these devices, I wanted to stock up as much as I could before it became obsolete and I needed to buy a whole new device. It is nearly impossible to find these pods anywhere online or instore - but sure enough - Zen came to the rescue! Not only did they have them in stock, they had them WAY cheaper than anywhere else (out of stock or not). They took the time to take my order via email (online purchase was not available), and sent a screen capture of the sale on their POS system. They shipped everything the same day I ordered (sending me proof of shipment). I have to say, I think I will ONLY be ordering from Zen from now on! Thanks again David for the awesome first time experience in dealing with your store! You have a new regular over here! Best of luck to you guys during these times! With service like this, I have no doubt you guys will THRIVE! Cheers and thanks again!
