★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was pleasantly knowledgeable but his receptionists are quite rude and impatient when being asked questions. I simply asked how many people where ahead of me, after an hour past my appointment time, and the receptionist became very short and at first was unwilling to even look (all the patient folders are in a holder by order of whose next). She became hostile after I mentioned that I need to know since I had to drive three hours into town for this appointment and still have to drive three hours back. My thought process was simple, I'll need to find a place to stay of its going to be another hour. But she instantly became aggressive. Just left a real sour taste, too bad specialist are so sought after otherwise customer service night be something they actually strive to be good at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally! A doc who takes his time, talks to you at human level (not fancy doc speak that leaves you more confused) and really listens. He's very clear on expectations & options so when you make a decision you feel confident he has your best interest at heart.
His staff is very professional and friendly. They make you feel comfortable .
I have been to alot of specialists and I can honestly say Dr Searles way exceeded my expectations and I'm very grateful to have been referred to his office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to Dr. Searles, and my experience was uniformly positive. Receptionist and nurse were pleasant and professional. Dr. Searles seemed engaged and attentive, even though we had no prior relationship and my condition (actinic keratosis) would be mind-numbingly routine for any dermatologist. After arriving barely on time for my 9:30am appointment, I completed my paperwork and was examined, treated, and out the door in 25 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Searles for many years. He is the most caring doctor I have ever have. He is professional and is always helpful in addressing my mulitple issues. He truly loves medicine and shows in his care. I had damage from seeing another specialist a few years ago, he went beyond his way to cure me. His crew is also top notch and helpful. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He would not even look at pictures I had of my re-occurring skin problems. Handed me a prescription with no explanation of my condition or what medication was for. Went to fill it only to find out it was for SCHIZOPHRENIA. I don't have schizophrenia and I sure as heck wouldn't go to a dermatologist for any symptoms of that type of condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The issues ranging from having arrogant receptionists to a specialist who doesn't really care about what you have to say about your conditions. Do not come here on time for your appointment because the doctor is always running late, and don't ask more than a handful of questions because the doctor doesn't have time to talk to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom had a visit with a skin condition and this doctor prescribed an anti depression medication. He did not bother checking her general information and she had to spend a week in hospital for low sodium as a direct result of his error in practice. I would not recommend this doctor for anyone. Check his work before going home.
