This professional team really takes the time to answer questions and they help me to understand what my medications are intended for while addressing my knowledge needs. I can also easily get through by phone to ask questions.
The cashiers, especially Lourdes, are pleasant and efficient and I really like that the store is so clean and not cluttered.
Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone's wellness needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff are fantastic. They care, they are helpful, they are knowledgeable, they follow up about new medications, and the are passionate about their customers overal health and well-being.
I’m not going to lie - typically I prefer Shoppers but the pharmaceutical staff here might have made me a Rexal convert.

And in my opinion anyone giving this staff any kind of negative review must of had problems of their own that they deflected they're own problems on to. The staff hear are all very professional and friendly and deserve to have people aknowledge their caring and personal involvement in keeping their clientell healthy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celeste was very rude and unhelpful, refusing to let me talk to the manager when she broke consumer laws.
After charging me 1.5× the listed price for an item, I informed her as per the competition bureau of Canada , I get 10$ off the item. She refused, stating rexall doesn't follow consumer laws. Be careful, this rexall will try and scam you with inaccurately priced items, then refuse to follow the laws to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went check if they do covid vaccine. The lady at the pharmacy sound rude to me. Never going back there. Its happened on Thursday December 30 th 2021 at 1030 am. I strongly believe she needs some inservices regarding customer care service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly untrained staff. The only saving grace was a pharmacist who knew what she was doing. The counter staff didn't know the laws, didn't know how to punch things in correctly but was otherwise nice. Also said that they don't follow the flyer which is unlawful. Unfortunately she also kept my brand new points card so I now have to go back to get it.
