β β β β β It is usually a good place to go for quick walk in appointments and quick solutions to urgent medical needs. The staff is very polite and forthcoming, and most of the doctors, except one doctor, I encountered by the name of Dr Khan. He is very angry, harsh, and imposing on patients. He has no respect and should not be working as a doctor with his attitude and conduct. However the rest of all the doctors are fine.

β β β β β Avoid them at all cost if you can. Very unprofessional. I scheduled an Immigration Medical Appointment at 10am and after being held in the waiting room the lady comes to let me know that the panel doctor supposed to see me was not around and asked me if I wanted to reschedule it... Seriously? You guys wait for people to be in the waiting room to call the doctor and ask if she/he is coming or what? Thank God there was another panel physician to assist me otherwise I would've to reschedule (but I can guarantee you that I would ask for my $260 refund and go have my IME done somewhere else). By the way, avoid asking people to pay at the reception if the panel physician is not around!!!

β β β β β Great service. Didn't wait that long. Staff are friendly. Clinic is neat and clean. The doctor was so great. They charge you reasonable charges for the uninsured services. I would like to thank the clinic for providing such great services specially during thus tough time of the pandemic.

β β β β β This clinic does not care about patients at all, not even a bit. I was looking for a female doctor . As I knew that a lot of female doctors did not work for regular hours but only work on specific days during certain hours, I called them and asked on what days female doctors would be available at the clinic. I was told that they could not give that information. Where I did not understand how a medical clinic that treats sick people refused to inform patients of doctors' availability, I asked if they didn't care whether people ended up wasting their time and energy, especially when not feeling well, to drive all the way to the clinic only to find out that the doctors they were looking for were not available. They said no, it was their policy. Wow...just wow...this is called a medical clinic where sick people are getting treated.

β β β β β Both my Doctors over a span of at least 20 yrs have been both very thorough every time, all medical treatments and medications were a success for myself and my family they are exceptional doctors here. My only complaint is I have to call like 6 times and be put on hold for more than 20 min each time cause NO ONE ANSWERS... I run a company I can't afford to miss out on money by waiting on hold... Come on please fix this issue immediately... Thankyou

β β β β β Receptionist couldnβt inform us the wait times.
We got here at 9:30 am and after waiting 2 hours we were escorted to a room.
We were the first ones to arrive at the place btw. Imagine the people who got here after us... they are going to spend their entire day waiting!

β β β β β If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I visited this clinic in 2017 to do the Medical Exam for my Canadian permanent residency application. There was a "technical" issue with my X-ray the first time, and I had to repeat it again, which I did in April 2017. I went on with my life assuming that my medical exam results has been submitted to IRCC by this clinic. In April 2018 (exactly one year later and while I had moved to Ontario), I received a call from this clinic, following up with my test, and asking me why I never came in to repeat the test (which I had already done exactly one year before). So I explained the situation to her, and she is like oh well I think we have lost your results and you have to do it again! WTH!!!! not even a small apology (not that an apology would have made the situation any better). My application could have simply been rejected because of their mistake and losing my results (which hopefully didn't). I ended up finding another doctor in Ontario and paid for the third time and repeated the tests once more. I just have one thing to say: STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.
