★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Sivakumar is an exceptional doctor. She is our family doctor for over 7 years now. She is absolutely professional, competent and friendly, she would explore the whole problem thoroughly. I would say she has a wholistic approach to any problem and she acts really fast with any medical needs we have, before the Covid hit and now over the phone. I cannot believe some reviews I am reading here. If you read between the lines you will find out that those complaining patients were just wasting her time:) Well, it is a busy place, but very effective! Thank you Dr. Siva, you are really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called the front desk to ask whether they are accepting new patients and the woman was absolutely horrible to me. She started off our conversation by sounding uninterested, telling me right off the bat that appointments have to be over the phone. (Which I am completely okay with) When my information was finally input into their system I asked what the caller ID would look like when I have my meet and greet and I'm almost certain she hung up on me. When I called back 20 seconds later and asked my question again she bluntly asked me "Why?" As in, "why are you asking this?" and finished with an "I don't know."
I have never experienced such horrible service. I feel this clinic will in no way make their clients feel accepted and taken care of.
Needless to say I will not be coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sivakumar is a caring and very professional doctor. She works with you to resolve issues and/ or concerns. I consider myself lucky for over the past 4 years to have found her as my family doctor. Yes reception could use some improved customer service, but in the end I get to talk my doctor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it says it’s a walk-in clinic then the women at the front desk tells me to go to my family doctor well I would but there was no appointments available for days and my daughter needs to see a doctor all the time she’s talking with a mouth full of food horrible medical facility not sure who allows food at the front desk as well as talking with your mouth full

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted an hr of my time driving to and from this place. They scheduled me in for an afternoon appointment only to tell me they can't help me for what I spoke to them on the phone about in the morning. No sympathy or apology. Awful service and communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sivakumar is a very professional, caring doctor. I was so fortunate to have her as my family physician. Her persistence and caring saved me from a horrible battle with breast cancer. I will be forever grateful to her. I had to move provinces, and I am hopeful I can find another family physician who possesses her qualities.
I would give Dr. Sivakumar a five-star rating. The reception desk could do with some improvement, therefore I rated this clinic a 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to see a doctor for my anxiety and mental health. No clinic is available around my area. I called this location and said they don’t accept walk in and when the reception ask what is my concern and i said it’s for my stress and anxiety, they said that the doctor is suddenly not here! What’s wrong with people! People with mental health is not accepted nevertheless they harmed themselves already to be accommodated my a clinic! This is a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we were looking for a female family doctor, we came across this place. We called and were instructed to book a phone meet and greet/interview with the doctor, and that she would physically not be in the office for 3 months. We thought this was strange for her to not even be accessible for so long, but agreed. We did our interview and after waiting for a week, we were called by reception and told that we were not going to be taken by the doctor. We are fairly healthy 30-somethings and were caught off guard by being rejected by a doctor, but laughed it off. At least we had a funny story out of this experience.
Fast forward about a year and we randomly get a call to book physicals. We were confused but eventually realized which doctor's office this was, as we had been going to another walk-in in the meantime. So, we booked a date for both of us to go in and get physicals done in order to become patients.
Not even a week later, reception calls again and tells us not to bother coming in for the appointment, as the doctor didn't need any more new patients. I'm sick and tired of being jerked around by this place. If they had not called us the second time, it probably would not have bothered me at all, but they have now twice wasted our time. This is not necessarily a review of the doctor, as she only spoke with us once, but even if this place calls us again, we won't even consider going here. Their unprofessionalism is appalling.
