★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are overpriced. The lead time they said would be 2 to 3 weeks. I have an online conference to attend which I forgot about during ordering. I went back in an hour to request a cancelation or a quicker delivery. They said cancelation is not possible and they can't promise quicker delivery either. In response to the manager's recommendation on google map review, I contacted customer care but it wasn't of any help. They said they will call back but never did. The only reason I am giving 2 stars now is because I got the glasses within a week. Product is fine. Still not recommended even when they are offering pc points because of their poor customer care and irresponsible staffs at the reception.

She maximes a customers budget limits and goes above and beyond in customer service and provides reassurance if any problems should arise to make no hesitation to come back and see her. Her smile along with her honesty and high integrity is more than enough for me to come back and refer her to others.
