I saw Dr. Jeannie Wong and she was wonderful. A very knowledgeable and caring doctor, she listened to all of my concerns patiently and was very thorough in her exam. I received BlephEx treatment from Amanda (she was great! friendly and professional) for Blepharitis and left feeling so much better than when I had arrived. I highly recommend this office and trust them for all of my eye concerns.

Julie was able to remove the lenses, find new frames they would fit into, all within a half of an hour, and didn't charge us. I truly appreciate such amazing customer service!!!!! Thank you so very much. You made a sweet little lady very happy!
M	Monique Spykerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I picked up me first pair of prescription glasses which I need for reading. My experience at Whitby Vision Care was great from start to finish. Dr. Ketha was very nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The person that helped me pick out my glasses, Meme, was great. Since it was my first time I thought it would take forever (I have a hard time finding sunglasses that look good) but it was really fast. I only had to try on two pair. When I went to pick up the glasses there was a bit of a mix up, right lenses, wrong frames. I'm sure this is not a common mistake. Meme found the correct frames and the lenses were able to be put in for pick up later in the morning. I could tell that correcting the issue as quick as possible was important to them.

Genevieve Collins, Registered Optician and Vision Therapist, is an extremely knowlegeable and meticulous professional. Her service is exemplary! At Whitby Vision Care, patients know that their eye health is in exceptional hands!

If she had not caught the issue I would have lost my sight. I cannot thank her enough for the care that she provided to me since I became a patient of hers. Thanks a million, Caroline

I have been a patient here my entire life, and tried to make an appointment for my daughter who just turned two. I was told that if she takes off her mask during the duration of the appointment we will be asked to leave and reschedule our appointment. Having this expectation for a TWO year old is completely wrong. I don’t know if the doctors realize they are single handedly causing loyal patients with children to go elsewhere.
