★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not luxury apartment for $1800 rent and only 3 guess parking spaces. Garbage bins are next to guess parking at the front of the building. They reek, and they are an eye saw. The current owner, who is a money grabber, also rents several other run down houses to students and don't bother addressing maintenance issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so luxury. The only review that has given this place a positive is from the terrible manager which just shows how this place is run(mismanaged)!
The owner (so called doctor) is a delusional, lier and very unstable guy when confronted about repairs or about the up keep of the apartment building seems to personally attack you verbally. (Very weak guy)!
Be aware this building not safe nor is the area. The building has had multiple break-in’s. The finish on this building is terrible and past off as expensive European when in fact it’s the cheap made in China finish!
The building is only a few years old but already needs so much work and maintenance due the lack of care. It’s dirty, can seem to get the trash and parade cleaned and maintained. The owner is inexperienced so is the 3 pervious managers he has hired( 2 of them have just run off), He doesn’t pay the contractors who carry out repairs.
There is so many more to say however save you money since he also over charges for what is being offered and the headache of dealing with them. He appeals to students all the more reason to save your money and go elsewhere where you can get the basic services and professionalism this place so badly needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Ignores repairs and doesn’t carry them out in a timely manner (My noisy bathroom extractor was never addressed). Hires inexperienced and dodgy people to carry out repairs (Two of the building managers have fled and the current manager, Rahul, has no manners). Spoke to the plumber once, who told us the owner owes him money for work he carried out on the building. Parkade is covered in thick dust (For a doctor, during a pandemic, he doesn’t take cleaning seriously and threatens to increase rent for carry out parkade cleaning), carpets are filthy, elevator stains are covered with floor mats, to hide stains (Instead of cleaning them). Garbage is always full and smells near the elevator (Got a little better after I complained to the city about this). The owner is very rude and loud and takes things personally instead of resolving issues in a professional manner. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord and his men show up at the house at any time without any notice. The open the door and enter inside the room without any warning even on weekend after 7 pm.
Dr. Krish were abusive and racist towards my family when i was not around. Waiting for security deposit of 2100$.
Plus this guy also scammed maintenance contract workers and didnt pay them back.
P.S : Rahul Purohit - The person who wrote review and gave 5 star is working for the management.
Ganesh Gujar, Yash Solanki, other Patel are with Rahul Purohit. Be aware.

They maintain their apartments with good hygiene and are spacious to meet most of the requirements. Management is also great.

The first impression of our apartment was a luxurious looking 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with all essential amenities (including dishwasher, washer & dryer) which was so hard to find in this locality. The inner space of the apartment is so much beautiful than what it appears outside the building. Besides, the owner as well as the manager of this building are so approachable and the maintainance services are so apt. Very happy to have chosen this place to call our home and would recommend this place to anyone.
