I had gone here twice by now and in both the hard times I had got the best service.They made sure that all the parts of the cycle work fine and worth taking my bicycle there. L	L Holden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start? You walk in and are greeted a shop that only puts a smile on one's face. A bike shop for connoisseurs. The staff always friendly, considering how many likely visits they get, they're always approachable to walk ins. This is not the type of bike shop that feels like a car dealership like those shops across the road, this is a relationship type of place. Reminding me of the shops I frequented in my youth in places far away; the type of relationships that are now hard to find. My relationship with this shop started about 2005 where I took my first road bike in for some adjustments... I was in university, they worked on making me fit the bike and build me a new set of wheels. Over the years I had lost touch with them due to living in a different part of town. I started visiting them again, their level of care, expertise, love of the bicycle, a bespoke relationship between two entities, with one love, the bicycle. They sell some of the nicest and most beautiful machines in the city, provide the type of expertise only years of passion, experience, practice, and care for the client can produce. I definitely recommend 9th Street CycleLogic.

Rich and his team are perfect, knowledge, know what they are doing, great services, always nice and helpful. He really takes his time, makes suggestions based on my needs and my riding style. Even though I did not buy a bike from the store directly. A customer of this store is selling her used bike, and Rich is facilitating the transaction between the two of us. Rich did the bike fit for me, adjusted my cleats and made sure that all the parts are moving smoothly. Last but not least, he is doing all of these without any charge. Rich is such a nice person to work with, I will definitely buy my next bike from him, as I trust him with my hard-earned money.

Rich literally spent hours getting to know me as a rider, asking what I was looking to achieve with the build, examining my current bike/riding position, taking my measurements, assessing my flexibility and so on. Once the CAD drawing was prepared we met again to pour over the measurements and made some final tweaks before final sign-off. Then he provided me with expert advice in selecting components and wheels that suit the bike, my needs (who am I kidding, my wants) and budget. Due to the COVID pandemic he ended up scouring the market sourcing parts from multiple sources to get me exactly what I wanted. To say that I am thrilled with the result is an understatement. It's the first road bike that truly fits me and was comfortable from day one. I was anxious going into the bike build process but Rich quickly put me at ease with his wealth of knowledge and experience and his approachability. If you're in the market for new bike, whether custom or off the shelf, I highly recommend Rich and 9th Street Cycle-Logic.

Being new to Edmonton I was in search of someone to guide me in the right direction when it came to handling and servicing my Bianchi road bike. I had reached out to multiple bike shops in the area close to my place and quickly realized that the expertise I was looking for would only be found at cycle-logic - or more specifically found with Rich. After first chatting with/meeting Rich it became apparent that he is an incredibly detail oriented individual who takes tremendous pride in not only the work he does but the bikes he owns and those in which he works on. He was extremely thorough in ensuring that my bike was properly fit to my body and helped make the necessary modifications I came in asking for. Rich was extremely transparent in all the work that he thought would be best for me while being considerate of the feasibility and reality of the work he was suggesting. I could go on at length about all the details of how great my experience with Rich was, but suffice it to say that I will, without a doubt, be returning to cycle-logic for any and all future work on my bike and to purchase new bikes in the future. I would recommend Rich and his shop to anyone who asks and look forward to working with him in the future! Thanks Rich, I appreciate all the help and guidance you gave me :)
