★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonathan was spot on in every aspect of our home sale and purchase of a new house. We had a rocky experience with the sale of a previous house. It made us leery and cautious about selling again. We actually interviewed 5 realtors before choosing Jonathan. Right off the bat he came in strong. Some of the other realtors showed us comparable’s that were outside our neighborhood as well as completely missing some houses that had sold a few months previously right behind our house. It was disheartening and scary to think about placing the sale of our home (our biggest asset) in the hands of “professionals” who couldn’t even evaluate our home properly or keep up to date with what was on the market in our neighborhood. Once we hired Jonathan, our excellent experience lasted throughout the whole process. He arranged and paid for beautiful, professional pictures of our home instead of taking amateurish ones and described the layout of our house accurately. He arranged countless showings with no mistakes and phoned me every time a showing was finished so we could return home promptly. He always returned my calls and texts the same day, and he was polite, calm, humorous, professional and knowledgeable. He treated us with respect, made us feel in control of the process and gave us the feeling that he had our back. He answered our endless questions with patience, never rushing us. When we purchased a new house, he provided the same excellent service ensuring we didn’t pay too much and the process went smoothly. Five star service all the way!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We viewed a property by this property agent and application was approved, However lease agreement was totally in favor of landlord, We requested certain clauses to be inserted to make a fair representation for us tenants which in no way affected the lease term or the damage liability etc. Property manager initially insisted that we share concerns verbally and after few minutes just sent email that lease will not be modified and our application stands cancelled and we should look for another property. This approach was not very professional and we were left dumbfounded that requesting review of lease clauses would result in abrupt end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, we did not find it necessary to work with a realtor because of the many negative reviews we read online about realtors. In addition to that we planned on buying a new home so, we assumed everything was going to be perfect. After a lot of deliberation, we finally sort the services of Brian. He was easy to work with, always returned phone calls and emails on time. Brian put in his time and effort during the search for the house. He went above and beyond to ensure we had atleast 90% of what we where looking for in a home. We never for once felt pressured in anyway . I strongly recommend Brian because of his professionalism. And courteousness. He did a whole lot of positive recommendations which we will always appreciate. Thank you, Brian, for hanging in there with us! We really love our home.
