β β β β β Absolute Zero Comfort. I wish I could give less than 1 star. You can't call this place home. It is a dorm, tenants do not show respect to the neighbors comfort. Do not ever think of staying here long term.

β β β β β A good experience! We lived here for several years and will miss this place. The best things about this place are the building manager and the location! The building manager is incredibly accommodating and helpful. She works really hard to make sure that if there is anything you need it is taken care of. The location is so close to the university and hospital as well as the shops and restaurants on Whyte Ave. Another great thing is the beautiful view from the balconies on the upper floors and the size of the balconies. Some units have huge balconies, great to have your own space to get outside.
