★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Homecare & Surgical Aspen Healthcare on Whyte, in particular Leanne, went above and beyond in helping me purchase supplies to send to the Ukraine. Not only did they give me an amazing discount they donated a bunch of other supplies to help the cause. Their co-workers at their Kingsway location even brought over some of the supplies to the Whyte avenue location so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. I want to staff to know that the volunteers gathering the supplies for the fight were so appreciative of everything these stores provided. I personally have used this store on multiple occasions over the years for and have always received exceptional customer service and competitive pricing. I purchased by stethoscope from them many, many years ago when I started my nursing training and it still works like a charm. Businesses' come and go but good ones stay around because they care about their customers and helping those with healthcare journey.

Their product knowledge and helpfulness while showing you options for your needs is the best I’ve encountered from any of the companies I’ve used in the past 5 years. They never try to ‘push’ a product at you. The in-store staff were careful to make certain that I understood the use of my products adding great advice and samples to try at no cost. I’ve been with them for several months and their consistently positive, friendly service is why I won’t shop anywhere else.
