"I am very impressed with the service. I was in twice in the last 7 days to pick up a hospital table and raised toilet seat for my husband who just had knee surgery. Each time I was greeted by a real person the minute I stepped in and a person was assigned to help me find my items. [...] The store was clean and the items were dust free. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond with excellent service. As an MS patient I truly appreciate this kind of service. I highly recommend Susan and the store on 59th and Calgary trail. Will shop there again!!!

She followed up on a Priority Express delivery which was delayed by Canada Post and got my money refunded to me! Crystal is amazing! When the item finally arrived it was exactly what I expected. She gave him as much time as he needed and brought him multiple braces to try on when he couldn't find one that fit. I love this store in general. I find all of the staff members helpful and personable and I love the selection of items.

The team was communicative through out, offered to send items separately and proactively reached out to the supplier for an update before I had the chance to check in on the status when the ETA for shipment was approaching.
