★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Grier (husband) doing review - Marian suffered severe disabilities 2 years ago. I contacted several firms for a chair/stair lift and met a lot of vagueness, pressure to go ahead, etc and just wasn't happy with responses I was getting . I can't recall who put me on to Silver Cross, but it has been a wonderful experience. Gary was easy to talk to from the beginning, he came himself to our house in Sherwood Park, talked everything over, looked at our needs and gave us a price, which was in effect so much better than others offered over the phone. His technician was great and follow-up when we had a couple questions was so straight forward. I recommend (and just did) Gary and his firm to anyone.
