About Pro Stride Hockey
With our skating treadmill, we can work on balance, edge work, leg strength, conditioning, stride length and skating posture/form which in turn translates to more power and more speed on the ice. We have the floor built-up to the height of the treadmill and it’s surrounded by synthetic ice. This allows us to pass pucks to athletes while they are skating at the treadmill. This enables them to stick handle or shoot from that position on the net we have in front of the area. We also have real-time video with a 55” screen beside the treadmill so we can show an athlete the corrections before leaving the area. This way, the information stays fresh and the corrections can be applied immediately to their play.

With recent COVID restrictions in place this has been the perfect place for my little guy to get his reps in and dial in his technique. I can already see the improvement in his stride after only 3 sessions. Customer for life. Thanks boys!!

Both boys enjoyed and benefited from the training session. It is difficult to make young kids to fully understand the skills they need to master and how to master, but the instructors at Pro Stride Hockey did it. It absolutely worth to have Pro Stride Hockey train and polish the players - highly recommended. We can not wait to bring boys back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro Stride was recommended to me by one of my sons coaches. My sons puck handling/shooting was an opportunity and was not confident with his shooting and puck handling. With the Coaches help at Pro Stride my sons skills has greatly improved!!!. My sons confidence went up, he shoots and skates better and over all he is having so much fun! The Coaches in Pro Stride are so professional, motivating and really know their craft. They take the time to explain to the kids including my son the WHY in everything they do and learning. The facility is well kept and very clean. The ratio of coaches and kids is well balanced 1:2. We have been going to Pro Stride for almost 2 months now with private and semi private lessons, I highly recommend it! Coach Devin, Coach Sheldon, Coach Todd, Coach Dan and Coach Sean are really great. As my son says “they are funny, nice but also strict. They tell me what I need to work on and challenge me to be better” “it’s also fun when we play games and the coaches have to do push ups”
