★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal underground parkade. Signage needs improvement. I entered on a Saturday at 3pm. When I came back to go to my car, access doors were locked. Used the building access panel to contact Impark and the line went to a Bell operator who was less than friendly. Could not contact anyone for access. No other entrances to the underground parkade other than the commerical building that was locked. Returned Sunday to try and get access but still couldn't get in. Called Impark and the lady took my contact info and said someone would call me... Needless to say, nobody called me. Had to go Monday morning to fetch my car. Not impressed. If the parkade is closed weekends or closes at a specific time, this should be clearly marked or vehicles should be denied access. No help whatsoever from Impark on how to access the underground parkade and no visible options to enter other than the commercial building. Also when I called Impark I said I needed to access the parkade and the lady was just like "But why?!" Thanks for not being helpful.
