★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for prescription transfer unfortunately I found the experience to be terrible firstly the pharmacist questioned the medication to which I never really had a problem before but asking me you could simply purchase it without transferring to be quicker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to shoppers they have a really bad rep when it comes to racism but this location is super bad when it comes to the employees. I was looking for new makeup & was holding a lipstick that I wanted to buy but the employee didn’t want me walking around with it in the store & she said it had to be placed at the cashier. I thought it was odd because I wasn’t done shopping yet. My mother & I didn’t feel comfortable here & I don’t think I will revisit this location. My money is too good for shoppers anyways. X

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the associate at the front, Dale was incredibly kind and helpful when I came in to buy a Nintendo switch. Of all the service I’ve ever gotten at any shoppers, his was the best. :)

I enjoy the cashier's friendliness but I think that the security Guards should ease down on the racial profiling especially when I am a loyal PC Financial customer that always pays for everything I grab when shopping here for the PC points. But Thanks again for the great deals and selection Loblaws Incorporated and Shoppers Drug Mart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their pharmacy staff is not the greatest and their pharmacist could learn a thing or two about customer service. I have been here a couple of times for prescriptions that need little preparation because they come already packaged, busy or not they seem to care less, and made me wait more than an hour for some drops that were seating at their counter. I asked the pharmacist passed the time for pick up and he ignored me. The pharmacy could at least do something better to let people know when their prescription is clear and ready for pick up rather than telling some random time that is not accurate, yet, when you come asking passed the time, they give you the eye-rolls or ignore you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and and daughter decided to pick up some hair stuff at this branch. As soon as we enter, the security guard went straight to my daughter and said, “Do you remember the last time you went here?” in a very disrespectful manner. My daughter answered, “I’m sorry, I haven’t been here for a long time.” I was behind my daughter and sensing something was wrong, I responded to the guard, “she’s my daughter, what’s wrong.” The guard replied, “never mind!” We proceeded to the hair care section but we noticed that the guard was following us. Being bothered and upset with the situation , I decided to leave but talked to the store manager Don about the experience first. Don said she might have been mistaken for someone else. Then we left not happy about this stressful experience. When we were outside the store, the Manager Don followed us and was apologetic about was happened. Told us some thief stole 3 perfumes last week and had some resemblance with us. I fully understand rampant theft might be happening to this branch but staff should be careful to treat customers with respect and not humiliate and drive them away in the process. I’m a regular shoppers customer but very seldom I visit this branch. Today will be my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this is a pretty good Shoppers. Except for the Beauty Boutique. I recently went in and had one sales associate from the BB follow me around as though I was going to steal everything in sight. When I stepped into the fragrance section an alarm went off and the first associate was soon joined by another. I was just looking at things. I understand that theft is high especially in the fragrance department (hence the alarm) but come on. Approaching me with the “are you finding things ok” is a bit transparent to “we are watching you so don’t steal anything”. Soon the two associates are joined by a third associate- a self- important young lady wearing leather pants walking around like she’s the owner asking “are you still doing ok”. So now I have 3 of them following me. I go to another part of the store and I can see the first two associates guarding the fragrance department. My goodness, theft must be rampant at this store. I’m not sure who the Beauty Boutique manager is (likely the self-important one) but maybe the Cosmetics Coordinator needs to do a training session in customer service and how not to freak out customers.
I read another review praising Dale from this store - completely agree. He provides excellent customer service without being overbearing.
I also want to add that I go to this store frequently and there is another group or shift of Beauty Boutique associates who aren’t nearly as bad as the 3 I mentioned.
