★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long time fan and customer of The Alley ever since they opened up stores in Edmonton. Today i decided to go try out the brewery district one (my first time) at 4:30pm, and i had a horrible experience!! The moment i walked through the door i felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The ladies that took my order were chit chatting when we walked in, rude, kept staring and judging us. AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, I felt very offended and quite frankly was about to walk out. My drink was just decent tasting. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again! I hope the manager/owner will look into hiring nicer/better trained staff. Unfortunately, there is no option to give ZERO stars because i would, so i MUST give a one star. Overall, the experience was trash and i do not recommend coming here unless you want horrible service. I will let my friends, families and co workers know to avoid this place.

We tried the oreo devil slush, Crunchy brown sugar milk tea and Snow velvet peach oolong tea. Make sure to control the optimal level of sugar though because all of our drinks came too sweet basically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their Crunchy Drinks, no where else can offer such flavours, it's SUPER delicious! My partner tired their Orange Lulu, it's very refreshing, perfect for hot summer. It's my new to go place in downtown hanging out with friends and families <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this alley so much! I live close to the store and I come in everytime I can. The only problem I had was my penguin on the ice’s milk curled. When I mentioned it, the staff quickly gave me a refund, apologized and made a new one happily, and gave me a coupon. Best customer service I have had with a bubble tea cafe. The staff are always so nice and friendly, and try to make conversation since I Come so often. I love the alley chain but I find this one tastes best out of the others I’ve been to in Edmonton. I’m sad my regular penguin on the ice is going away but I have found other drinks I order frequently as well. Thank you guys for such a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newer location of the alley and they're interior is super pleasing to the eyes. The alley has the best drinks and will always be my favourite go to boba place. I would've given it a 5 star but I didn't get the best customer service and it looks like only 2 people are running the store all by themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here!! I gave it 4 stars because I wish that they had a bigger size for some drinks.
My go to has been The Alley Trio Milk Tea.
There Crunchy Brown Sugar Milk Tea is amazing it's topped with dry cereal which gives it a nice crunchy flavor.
The Orange Lulu is good as well if your wanting something more juice based.
Definitely would recommend trying drinks from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOST DELICIOUS BUBBLE TEA IVE EVER TASTED!!! Omg SO good, and the interior of this spot is adorable!!! Great location to sit for a while! Highly recommend you check this place out! We got the crunch tiramisu milk tea (tasted EXACTLY like tiramisu!!!!) And the passion fruit green tea- SOOO yummy and refreshing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been familiar with many different locations of the alley both inside and outside Edmonton, but in my humble opinion this is the nicest one I’ve been to! It’s exceptionally clean and spacious, and in an ideal location within the brewery district (lots of parking!!). The actual bubble tea was great as always, there is a good selection of classic and fun drinks which, like most places, you can customize. Customer service was good, and the staff were polite when we lost track of time and it was closing ? 10/10
