★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one employee working here today was doing their best to accommodate the lunch line, but it’s very hard to get food out when there’s 4 people waiting. Took 40 minutes to get my food, could be avoided if more people were scheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t mean to be that person and complain (I never write reviews) but I went this evening and they were completely out of chicken (which I get isn’t the employees fault) and beef wasn’t available because their warmer was broken. Before I’m about to leave I realize I didn’t have the smoothie that I ordered and the employee said she forgot and that she even forgot to charge me so then I had to go pay for it and then wait for the smoothie. After I paid for it she told me they didn’t have frozen yogurt and offered a substitute for it and it didn’t taste good and was super runny. When I got home to eat the rice bowl that I got, the brown rice wasn’t fully cooked (probably half cooked). Overall it was disappointing and I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on the freshii app and went in when I received the notification that it was ready for pick up. The staff told me they had nothing ready and then went to the front cash saying they just saw the order. Then she told me she was new and did not know what she was doing. She gave me half the portion this freshii normally serves and drizzled so much dressing all over the bowl. She didn’t give the normal servings of the toppings or base either. I am so disappointed and will never come back here. There’s so much good food in Edmonton - why waste my money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so sad. This used to be the best Freshii location in Edmonton. What a disappointment. I paid an arm and a leg for extra vegetables and tofu. My Buddha satay bowl was only 3/4 full! The tofu was cold and I felt like it wasn’t even half of a single order. I feel like this isn’t good value and I don’t believe I will come here again, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered among other items, a Mediterranean bowl. I asked for a substitution to the feta cheese. I was told substituting with broccoli would be okay. There was no broccoli put in the rectangle bowl (which is not what I think salads are served in but I might be wrong about that). Regardless, the recipe further says there would be a sweet pepper sauce but there was no sauce. This was way more bland than I remember...not prepared well at all. Very disappointed.

There was only one girl working who was taking years to take and prepare order . ( something out of her hand and manager should keep. Check on staffing). I placed my order and the person taking my order needs to take a course in dealing with customers. She appears to really hate dealing and it shows in her interaction . The other customer waiting also agreed to this . It was really disappointing .being loud and rude is not at all trait of customer service . Reading the latest reviews you have had over the past few months, it seems that manager/franchisee owner haven’t taken these reviews seriously. It’s a high time to consider what people think about your store.The bowls made was cold with little tofu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat at this Freshii more than I would like to admit, but it’s because the food and the service here is so good! Every bowl is consistently delicious (I get the Teriyaki Twist all the time, would highly recommend) and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Even during busy times, they somehow manage to be both efficient and caring. Nav is especially great and even though we don’t know each other at all, she feels like a dear friend. If you’re shopping in the Brewery District and looking for a healthy option & great service, definitely come here!! <3
